The reasons why it is desirable to have an overview of the people entering the school building are very simple. These are mainly security reasons - recently, more than before, there has been a need to check whether unauthorized persons are getting inside. Any unauthorized access can be a security risk and cause concerns not only for parents, but also for students.
Thanks to turnstile systems, the school can also keep an overview of student attendance, because at any moment it knows who has passed through the turnstiles or left the school. Access cards are used to control the turnstiles. After reading them, the person is allowed inside and the system stores information about their entry.
When installing entrance turnstiles, we can do without major construction modifications, since there is no need to interfere with the existing structural elements of the buildings. In conjunction with the benefits that this solution generates, it is a profitable investment in building security, whether it concerns schools, offices or private buildings.
